David Bonifant – Principal QLD
David Bonifant is a licensed real estate agent in QLD and a principal of Bonifant& Lush.
David was born in New Zealand and has lived in Australia since he was 12 years old. He was educated at Pulteney Grammar School and Christchurch Grammar School and represented both schools in rugby union. He is the son of a decorated war veteran and attended the Royal Military College before being medically discharged and commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Australian Army Reserve. David spent 15 years in marketing management positions with Mobil Oil Australia before starting his own real estate business on the Gold Coast in 1981 “The Professionals – Bonifant Group Surfers Paradise” was amongst the leading real estate sales and development project marketing agencies until sold in 2012. He has also been involved with Rotary International, including serving as President of his local club and as a regional director for a medical aid program for children.

    Rusty Lush is a licensed real estate agent in QLD and NSW and a principal of Bonifant& Lush.
    He is a self-made real estate mogul, who started his career as a farmer and retailer in Adelaide Hills, and then moved to Queensland to run a sheep and grain farm and open a sporting goods store. In 1986, he and his family moved to the Gold Coast, where Rusty completed his real estate license and began working for the Bonifant Group. He quickly established himself as a successful real estate agent, and became interested in the management rights industry. He joined Venz Management Rights as sales director, and later, together with Mike Butler, purchased the Brisbane franchise of RAAS RIGHTS, Rusty ran the Gold Coast arm. The company became one of the largest management rights specialists in Australia, offering services beyond real estate, such as management rights, motels, special projects and RAAS Care, a dedicated management service for resident managers.In 2019 Rusty was awarded a Life Membership of ARAMA, the body that supports Building Managers.

      He began his career in1983 and topped office sales for Ray White Morningside in his first month. By his seventh month he had sold more properties than the entire office had in the previous 18 months. In 1986, Trevor acquired his first of three Real Estate Offices, Raine and Horne Wynnum. Despite being told auctions wouldn’t work in the area, Trevor conducted 52 auctions in nine months and achieved a sales rate of over 90%. He subsequently sold the office for twice the price. Trevor went on to purchase Raine and Horne Cleveland, also Redland Bay in 1987. Under his leadership, sales increased from four to twenty per month. Trevor sold both offices for five times their purchase price.His dedication to achieving the best possible results for his clients has made him a respected figure in the real estate industry, and his vast experience and expertise continue to make him a sought-after professional to this day.
